Since 2014, BCD Real Estate has acted for private investors, family offices and overseas owners across London and the South East. From our office in Bloomsbury, a team of surveyors, property managers and maintenance specialists looks after residential, commercial and short-stay property.
Our clients come to us for straight answers. We tell them when a deal does not stack up, we find opportunities that never reach the open market, and we manage their buildings as if they were our own.
