After completing an MA in Property Valuation & Law at Cass Business School, Jason went on to join a Mayfair based property fund manager where he was responsible for undertaking valuations and investment appraisals on behalf of investors, developers and UK banks. He then moved client-side to one of the UK’s largest landlords where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
As the Estate Manager for East London, Jason was responsible for enhancing the portfolios’ rental and capital growth through forward thinking property and investment management during the seminal stages of East London’s growth boom. Jason now looks after a prized group of select clients including family offices, foreign investment funds and high net investors, both managing their existing assets and continuing to advise on, leverage and invest in carefully sourced property deals.
After completing a degree in Accounting & Finance at The London School of Economics, Simon went on to join the external audit team at Deloitt before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor with BNP Paribar Real Estate, specialising in Planning and Development.
Then moving on to become a Development Manager at Development Securities Plc, Simon formed part of the team to deliver the Paddington Central scheme, a £1bn regeneration of a 10 acre brownfield site into 1.6m sq ft offices, 200 residential units and 90,000 sq ft of retail.
